PSE Lessons for Schools

We believe that better understanding of mental health and wellbeing can reduce stigma, give young people the skills to support themselves and others, and help them feel more confident reaching out for support.

With this in mind, we’ve created free Personal and Social Education (PSE) lessons around mental health and wellbeing for children and young people aged 3 – 18 years.

About our PSE lessons

We have prepared teacher handbooks and printable resources for all levels, with additional PowerPoint presentations for second level and above.

Developed with feedback from children, young people and teachers, these lessons are specific to each level and have been developed with attention to the age, stage and mental health learning needs of children and young people. The levels are:

  • Early level
  • First level
  • Second level
  • Third and fourth level
  • Senior phase
