Work Able Scotland
18th August 2017
Work Able Scotland is a voluntary programme designed to support people who have a mental health problem into work.
As part of our focus on our employment work this week, we hear from Claire Hardie, a SAMH Employment Specialist about Work Able Scotland.
“Every client I meet and work with is different, with varying experiences, personalities, likes, dislikes. I am passionate about supporting each individual to create their own pathway.
“I believe there is a job out there for anyone who is able and who wants to work.
“It is about helping people realise their own potential and instilling self-belief to help them achieve their employment goals.
“As we spend so much of our time at work, I believe everyone should find a job that they love going to every day.”
