Three Peaks Challenge

Could you put yourself to the test and tackle the highest three peaks in the UK within 24 hours? If the answer is yes then the National Three Peaks Challenge could be just the trek for you! Fast-paced and physically challenging, this trek takes on Ben Nevis (1,344m) in Scotland, Scafell Pike (978m) in England and finally, Snowdon (1,085m) in Wales.
For your own safety, you will need a good level of fitness to take this challenge on, along with lots of determination and enthusiasm to get through the 26 miles of trekking, ascending to a total height of almost 3,000m over the course of 24 hours.
There are various weekends throughout 2023 where you can choose which charity you would like to support. Sign up at Charity Challenge and select SAMH as your charity to fundraise for.
